HELP WANTED
Kennel Attendant/Adoption Counselor needed. Part-time position; $7.25/hr. Must work weekends and have own transportation. Successful candidate must be able to insure a safe and clean environment, lift at least 50 pounds, and participate in all aspects of daily operations. Interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Apply in person at the shelter.

Dog Licenses
Licenses are required by law for dogs aged 3 months or older. As a convenience to the public, licenses are available for purchase at the shelter during our regular business hours, Noon to 4:30pm, Tuesdays through Sundays. Â Closed Mondays and holidays.
Dog licenses must be renewed annually.
Licensing your dog is one of the best ways to ensure that your dog, should he or she become lost, can be identified and returned to you safely.
Cost of Licenses:
Male or Female - $8.50
Neutered Male or Spayed Female - $6.50
Senior Citizen or Disabled owners:
Male or Female - $6.50
Neutered Male or Spayed Female - $4.50
 The HSCC retains $1.00 of the cost of each license as a handling fee.
